MARMCAST Episode 60: Ian

Welcome to Episode 60!! This week the boys jump straight into discussing the last couple of weeks. A quick catch up that is long overdue includes Andy discussing the failure of being dragged to an awards ceremony and not winning... Parkrun Parables features Andre dissecting the new Course at Arrow Valley following runner Max Kelly's inaugural success, whilst Tim discusses his parkrun PB at Stratford Upon Avon having finally listened to Andy's triumphant advice. Ian Dawson joins us for some oddly difficult Goldy on Guitar, and discusses all things North Wales, including the Chester Marathon and the 3 Chester challenge. The boys ask the Strava Club for the races they have spent a fortune on, whilst MARM makes some shocking admissions about recent panic purchases. The boys review their two best races of the year in both Alcester and Oxford respectively, where PB's and Course PBs tumbled around their ears. Tim is up to his neck in trouble at the Abingdon Marathon on Sunday, whilst making a rash online Voom purchase. Will he turn up?? Music tonight: Drew Neirn "The Good Part".
