Matters Arising - coming soon

Welcome to Lower Clumpthorpe. With its spired church, village green and duck pond, it's the quintessential small English village. It also has a village hall - home to the Lower Clumpthorpe Parish Council - the lowest level the UK's system of government. Except, no one has told the members of the Council - who see issues like the village sign and flagpole as matters of national proportion... If only they could agree on what to agree on.
