 This week, I’m sharing a message from last week’s staff meeting about growing with what God is doing around you. A growing church needs growing people, and a growing staff needs growing leaders.
 Growth requires humility. Stay curious. Keep asking questions. No matter how experienced you become, remain teachable.
 Don’t rush God’s timing or defend your gaps. Let Him develop the character and capacity you need to carry what He has called you to carry.
