Ep. 315 - What Happens When Your Intuition Is Wrong?

What happens when your intuition is wrong, and is being wrong actually the worst thing that can happen? I have a story for you that started when my friend was coming over for dinner at 7:30 pm. At 7:30 pm, my doorbell rang, so I yelled “come in!” from the kitchen and kept doing what I was doing, except no one came in. When I went to check the door, no one was there, so I went back to the kitchen and a few moments later the doorbell rang again, but once again, no one was there. Then things got weird because my doorbell started ringing over and over again, aggressively, for almost an entire minute, and yes, I have the video, so you can go watch the whole thing happen on Instagram. When my friend finally arrived, we immediately started trying to figure out what had just happened. Was it spirit trying to get my attention, was it someone coming through for my friend, was it someone for me, or was August 11th an important anniversary that I was supposed to recognize? Then another thought popped into my head. Was someone passing away and coming to say goodbye? That thought sent me into calling my family, putting everyone on high alert, and trying to figure out what my intuition was actually telling me. Was my intuition right, was I picking up on something that was actually happening, or was I completely wrong about the entire thing? This week's episode is about why trusting your intuition is worth it, even when there is a chance you might be wrong. What is actually the worst-case scenario of following your intuition and getting it wrong, and how does that compare to the worst-case scenario of getting an intuitive hit, ignoring it, and finding out later that you should have listened?
