The Ultimate Baseball Movie Draft

The MLB playoffs are heating up, but Nate and Caleb have some bigger questions to settle: What are the greatest baseball movies of all time, and who can build the better lineup? This week on Meetings on the Mound, the guys break down the MLB playoffs, take a few detours (including a very unlikely conversation about the Pope), and draft their ultimate baseball movie starting fives. From The Sandlot and Major League to Moneyball, 42, Bull Durham, and Field of Dreams, every pick is up for debate. They also talk about the baseball movies that deserve more love, the ones that might not hold up, and why Angels in the Outfield might have one of the worst dads in movie history. Which host drafted the better team? What movie did they leave off? Let us know in the comments. ⚾ Meetings on the Mound — baseball people, talking baseball, with plenty of opinions and the occasional detour.Presented by GrnHaus MediaFollow Meetings on the Mound: https://instagram.com/meetingsonthemoundhttps://x.com/moundpodhttps://www.facebook.com/meetingsonthemound/
