Not every sermon needs a stage. Some of the most powerful messages people will ever encounter are the ones you preach without saying a word.
In this episode of Monday Meditations, we explore what it means to live a life that reflects Christ, not just in belief, but in action — not just in what we say, but in how we respond, serve, forgive, and love. This isn’t a call to performance, but to presence. To walk in quiet obedience. To embody the Gospel long before we ever speak it.
Because more than anything, the world is watching how we live.
We hope that you enjoy this episode.
God bless you and Go Rise Up!

It's taken me three years to be able to share this story with you. Life is full. But God kept pressing on my heart that it's time to share the story.
Pregnancy. Delivery. Postpartum. They're different for everyone. And in that 4th trimester, it isn’t about “bouncing back”. It’s about becoming.
In this episode, I open up about what I did differently after my second child, and how my approach to postpartum shifted when I went from being a mom of one to a mom of two. I’ve kept my pregnancies and postpartum seasons intentionally private, but today I’m sharing pieces of my journey, not to prescribe, but to remind you: you don’t owe your story to anyone.
The only voices that matter are yours, your baby’s, and God’s.
I’ll walk you through:
- Why the first three months are sacred for both you and your newborn
- How I prepared differently for Charlie this time around
- Why getting bloodwork after birth was a game-changer for my healing
- The role of movement, nourishment, and scar care in postpartum recovery
- My thoughts on C-section healing, CFT therapy, and lactation support
- The importance of aligning with the right medical team
- And why keeping space for your own passions (like Proclaim, for me) is not selfish — it’s stewardship
This is not a “how-to” list. It’s a very real, raw, unedited conversation about grace, healing, and perspective. About slowing down, protecting your peace, and remembering that when your baby was born, a new version of you was born too.
Whether you’re preparing for motherhood, in the thick of postpartum, or reflecting years later, I hope this episode gives you encouragement, permission to slow down, and the reminder that you are not alone.
There is no rush. There is no race. There is only grace.

Spiritual warfare doesn’t always look like catastrophe, sometimes it looks like compromise, distraction, or slow drift. In this episode of Monday Meditations, we explore what it really means to “be watchful” in a world full of noise, confusion, and subtle lies.
The enemy’s strategy is rarely loud. It’s quiet. Personal. Crafted to chip away at your identity, distort truth, and wear you down. But God hasn’t left you defenseless.
This episode is a reminder that you don’t fight for victory, you fight from a place of triumph. You resist the enemy by staying rooted in the truth and surrender to the God who has already overcome.
If you’re feeling weary, distracted, or spiritually under pressure, this is your invitation to reset. To return. To hold the line. Not in your strength, but in His.
We hope that you enjoy this episode.

What if the silence in your life isn’t a sign of God’s absence . . . but His protection?
In this episode of Monday Meditations, we explore the quiet, often painful space between promise and fulfillment — the place where God doesn’t hand us the blueprint, but instead hands us Himself.
Whether you’re in a season of waiting, walking in the dark, or wondering why God hasn't revealed what's next, this meditation reminds us of a truth we rarely celebrate: it’s God’s mercy that keeps us from knowing too much, too soon.
Before David ever wore the crown, he walked through caves. Before the breakthrough came, there was obscurity, testing, and silence.
This episode will help you exhale in the waiting, find peace in the mystery, and remember that even in the quiet, God is still moving.
We hope that you enjoy this episode.

In a culture obsessed with control, performance, and platform, this episode is a call back to quiet strength, the kind of strength that doesn’t clamor for recognition but kneels to serve.
This Monday Meditation explores what it truly means to lead as Jesus did: not from the front of the room, but from the floor with a towel in hand. We dismantle the world’s version of leadership and return to the ancient, sacred pattern of sacrifice, humility, and obedience.
Real leadership isn’t loud, it's faithful. It’s not about being seen, it's about serving well even when no one’s looking.
If you’ve ever wondered whether your pouring out matters, this episode will remind you: God sees. And what is done in secret will not be wasted.
This is for the man who is tired of striving and ready to lead from surrender. This is for the woman praying for the men in her life to rise in holy strength. This is for the servant-hearted who need to remember: you’re exactly where God works best.
We hope that you enjoy this episode.
