When Healing Shows Up

A stranger shows up to a midweek service, and within minutes we are talking about a very specific problem: pain on the right side of her neck. After preaching, I look at her and ask the question out loud, then I invite her to step forward with a simple promise that’s either true or it isn’t: the kingdom of God will meet her and she will be healed. The testimony that follows is immediate, concrete, and hard to ignore if you’ve ever lived with chronic pain or carried a quiet, private ache into church.  Then the moment expands. My husband notices she has pain throughout her body, and we move from a single area of discomfort to prayer with authority in the name of Jesus. If you’re curious about Christian healing, supernatural ministry, or how faith is practiced beyond ideas and inspiration, you’ll hear what it looks like when we pray directly, specifically, and expect change. No hype, no long build up, just a real person, a real need, and a real invitation to believe.  We also touch the deeper question behind the healing story: what are you actually looking for when you look for a church? The visitor says she wants something deeper, and we share how discipleship and training matter, including our Rivergate School of Supernatural and classes designed to help people grow in spiritual gifts, prayer, and everyday faith. We end by speaking a clear prayer for neck pain, back pain, and pain throughout the body, so you can agree with it right where you are.  If this encouraged you, subscribe for more testimonies and practical faith, share the episode with someone who needs hope, and leave a review so more people can find it.
