Ep 633: Raise Your Standards and Become a More Confident Business Owner

In this week’s Biz Besties episode, Nicole and Kaila are talking about what happens when you raise your standards as a business owner, and realize you can’t go back. From money and pricing to clients, boundaries, delegation, leadership and the people you surround yourself with, they share the standards they've raised throughout their six-plus years building My Aligned Purpose. What You’ll Take Away From This Episode: Why raising your standards often means realizing you've outgrown what you used to tolerate. How to recognize where you're still accepting less money, less respect, or less alignment than you actually want. Why your business changes when you become more confident in your boundaries, pricing, delegation and leadership. How the people you surround yourself with can influence what you believe is normal and possible. Why being yourself, not trying to copy someone else's business, marketing or leadership style, is one of the most powerful ways to build confidence. Nicole and Kaila also talk about the importance of getting into rooms where your desired level of success is the standard vs. the exception. Once you experience what it feels like to operate at a higher standard, you get to make a choice: Are you going back to the old version of you, or are you committing to the new one? And if you're ready to map out your most profitable year yet, Nicole and Kaila are hosting Best Year Yet, a three-day live workshop designed to help you plan your 2027 business, money and profit goals.
