Does Jesus saying “the Father is greater than I” prove he isn’t God? I respond to this challenge with a biblical case for how Jesus can be fully human and fully God - and why his humility and dependence on the Father don’t cancel his divinity. If you’ve heard the objection that Jesus never explicitly called himself God, or you want biblical passages to consider in conversations about Christian belief, this episode lays out a biblical response and the scriptures behind it.
