Why your faith feels like a job (and how to fix it) | Galatians 3:15-4:7

You're doing everything right and it still feels like a job. Serving. Giving. Showing up. And somewhere around 3 a.m. there's a quiet tally running — am I up or down with God this week. Paul has a word for that, and it isn't "faithful." It's "minor." In Galatians 3:15–4:7, Paul says the law was a guardian with an expiration date. Not a failure. A finished job. And when the date came, you didn't get demoted out of the house — you got the papers. Slaves obey to earn. Sons obey to be near. Same rules. Completely different engine. — TURNED LOOSE | Week 5 Galatians 3:15–4:7 (NLT) Pastor Greg Rains Turned Loose is an 8-week series through the book of Galatians at Northview Church in Kodak, Tennessee. — Northview Church exists to help people grow in their love for Jesus and become disciples who make disciples.
