Supercars, Community & the Marbella Dream, GT Race Marbella with Saud El Azem

What does it actually feel like to drive a Porsche Cup car around a professional racetrack in Andalusia, with your own race engineer, your telemetry on screen, and a full race suit on your back? That's just one of the experiences Saud El Azem has built at GT Race Marbella, the Costa del Sol's fastest-growing exclusive supercar club and networking community. In this episode, Chris Cassidy sits down with Saud to unpack how a passion for cars, a gap in the Marbella market, and a relentless focus on community led to one of the most unique lifestyle businesses in Spain, launched just 10 months ago and already counting over 100 curated members. 🎙️ In this episode you'll discover: Why Marbella was the perfect city for an exclusive car club, and why nobody had done it properly before, How GT Race Marbella vets every single member personally (it's not about what you drive), What a race day actually looks like: circuits, race suits, engineers, telemetry and all, The range of race cars available, from Hyundai Cup to Porsche 992 Cup to Formula-style F-Force, How the private members app connects car passion with real business networking, The Porsche Motorsport Sprint Challenge Iberica partnership, and what it means for members. Why families, women, and non-supercar-owners are all welcome and thriving. Saud's vision to expand GT Race to Dubai, Miami, Monaco and Las Vegas. The personal story behind the business: family, a brand new marriage, and building from zero Whether you're a car enthusiast, a Marbella resident, or an entrepreneur looking for your tribe on the Costa del Sol, this episode will have you reaching for the waiting list form. 📲 Join the waiting list: GTRaceMarbella.com 🏡 Find your dream property in Marbella: nusunrealty.com 📞 Book a free call with Chris: calendly.com/chris-nusunrealty Timestamp: 00:00 – Introduction 00:48 – Who is Saud El Azem? 02:47 – The Origin Story of GT Race Marbella 07:15 – Understanding the Lifestyle Concept 12:34 – Membership Requirements & Selection Process 15:22 – What Members Get Access To 19:11 – The Private App & Networking Features 21:45 – Track Days Explained 26:38 – Different Racing Categories 31:02 – Building a Professional Team 34:15 – The Porsche Motorsport Partnership 37:44 – Future Expansion Plans 41:28 – Supporting Family & Work-Life Balance 46:22 – Recent Achievements & Growth 49:15 – How to Join GT Race Marbella 52:08 – Girls Events & Family Involvement 55:30 – Closing Remarks & Invitation #GTRaceMarbella #CarClub #Networking #SupercarsForever #PuertoBarnus #MarbellaBusiness #Racing #TrackDays #ExclusiveMembership #CarEnthusiasts #Lifestyle #Entrepreneurship #Porsche #RacingExperience Send us Fan Mail NuSun Realty NuSun Network
