Historian Kristin Kobes Du Mez knows the world of White Christian women better than most. It’s the world she grew up in. So when she wanted to write a follow-up to her bestselling book on masculinity, Jesus and John Wayne, she turned her lens toward “tradwives” and multi-level marketing.
