1061 | Why I Created the UNBOTHERED Room

In this episode, Marsha shares the deeper story behind Unbothered and the realization at the heart of this work: if you want to create a bigger vision for your life, you have to build the belief system that can hold it. She reflects on the moment at a Mel Robbins event when she heard the message to “think bigger,” the challenges of 2025 that forced her to pause, and how that season ultimately revealed that the answer wasn’t moving faster — it was strengthening her self-belief and support. Marsha shares how Unbothered evolved into a 10-step framework, subconscious tools, a Mastermind, and now The Unbothered Room — a space to practice this work in real life, one repetition and one stacked win at a time.
