1062 | You Can Only Reach As High As The Floor You’re Standing On

In this episode, Marsha explores why you may keep hitting the same ceiling — even when you’re using all the right strategies. The problem may not be the ceiling at all. It may be the floor you’re standing on: your belief system. Marsha shares why lasting expansion comes from strengthening that foundation by catching old thoughts, stacking evidence of what’s already working, and practicing the identity of the person you’re becoming. Using the image of an escalator, she explains that when you raise the floor, your next level rises with you — without constantly forcing, pushing, or bracing for more.
