4 former Cheltenham High football coaches ordered to stand trial for trying to cover up locker room beating

The KYW Newsradio All Local on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026 (morning edition): Four coaches of the 2025 Cheltenham High School football team have been ordered to stand trial on charges that they failed to properly notify officials about the locker room beating of a 15-year-old player. The old Philadelphia Police Department headquarters sits between two of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods: Chinatown and Old City. But the building, known as the Roundhouse, has been vacant for four years, despite efforts to imagine a new use. With vote-by-mail becoming a hot topic again, officials in Delaware County want constituents to know it's business as usual, and they just need to do their part by voting.
