Matvei Michkov Scores POWER PLAY GOAL, Flyers Can’t Solve Ullmark In 2-1 Loss to Sens | PHLY Flyers

The Philadelphia Flyers scored their first power play goal of the season on Thursday night, as Matvei Michkov banged home a puck that squeaked under Linus Ullmark for his second of the year. But the Flyers couldn’t get any of their other season-high 29 shots on goal through the Ottawa Senators’ netminder, falling 2-1 on a third period power play goal by Carter Yakemchuk from a Claude Giroux feed. Charlie and Bill break down the loss, Rick Tocchet’s new-look lineup, Joseph Woll’s game and the questionable officiating from a heartbreaker for the still-winless Flyers.
