New Friends

On the first morning of fall, it still feels very much like summer. Minka Mouse has a long list of Saturday chores to finish before she can go out to play. But by the time the tasks are finished, the sun is already following the river toward the sea. There is still time for a little play before the dinner bell rings at moonrise.
