Description
Our guest today is Primetime screenwriter Ajon Singh. His new A24 film, directed by Lance Oppenheim (You Can See Everything), looks at To Catch a Predator in its most successful period. Primetime is Singh’s first scripted feature and he initially wrote it for free after producers optioned the article on a hunch, bringing Singh on to expand the concept. In our chat, Singh talks about being stuck in the industry because his work was too “left of centre” for anyone to know what to do with it, why he admires Skyler Gisondo, what he wants Chris Hansen to know and so much more. A little heads-up that there are light spoilers for the film in this episode.
