EP 145: Why AI Should Be Your Business Coach, Not Just Your Assistant

In this episode, I'm joined by Bob Kelley, team leader at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach REALTORS®, to discuss how he uses AI to strengthen every part of his business, from client appointments and team systems to business planning, process improvement, and content creation. We explore practical ways to use AI as a thought partner that challenges assumptions, uncovers opportunities, and helps you make better decisions for both your clients and your business. If you want to build a business that gets better every week, this conversation will show you how to use AI to evaluate your systems, uncover blind spots, ask better questions, and continuously improve the way you serve your clients. The result isn't just greater efficiency. It's better decisions, stronger client outcomes, and a business that's built to keep evolving.
