Description
This week on REALIFE Nation, we're kicking off a new series called "It's Okay to Not Be Okay," where we're getting honest about mental health, our feelings, and what the Bible actually has to say about both. To be clear we are tackling the topic of mental health from our emotional and mental wellbeing, NOT a mental illness. In this message we look at the life of David, someone who wrote entire chapters of the Bible venting his anger, fear, and confusion straight to God, and what that teaches us about bringing our real emotions to Him instead of hiding them. We talk about why so many of us feel like we have to fake being fine, what it looks like to actually process what we're feeling instead of stuffing it down, and why God isn't scared off by our mess.
