Recruiting EQ E108: The Power of the Unconscious in Executive Coaching

I thoroughly enjoyed my talk with Janylene as it marries together two of my main interests - Executive recruitment/coaching, and hypnosis/psychotherapy.  In the interest of diving deeper into the Human Intelligence element of this podcast, it was very refreshing to be able to dive deep into some of the common unconscious barriers that hold back even the most successful executives.
