        <p>Well, it's been a hot minute since I posted my first episode eh? Today I speak about my energy interpretation for June, and ramble a lil about some recent experiences I had with my dog, her health, and how it's helped me re-evaluate the way I was creating the container of my life. Note - does contain some adult language!</p>
      

It's been a hot minute!


        <p>A quick introduction about me, and some reasons why I decided to become an energy worker and healer. I do waffle a bit and go on tangents, from which I sometimes don't recover (this is in general, not just this episode! Ha!). I'm a little nervous about putting this into the world, and the first time I tried to record this I had a coughing fit! But here it is, I hope you enjoy. Some mild profanity, and I say um a lot.</p>
      

A lil bit about me


      Conscious conversations about life, metaphysics, quantum healing, and anything else that I can manage to talk about for more than 20 minutes! Expect a touch of sass, a dash of sarcasm, a smidge of humility and a bucket of realism.
