Nicky’s work sits at the intersection of feminism, creativity, and business – and it helps women turn intention into momentum and ambition into action. In this conversation, we talk about Nicky's research project that she undertook last year called “Good Girl Economics” and how the pressure to be liked, fair, reasonable and not “too much” can shape the way women show up in business.
