Alicia is a mom with a Master's in Child Adolescent Development Psychology degree and a Bachelor's in Addiction Counseling. She is also a Certified Peer Support Specialist. Yet she cannot see her son, who has Autism, and it all started with a 988 Hotline call. Alicia and her husband, Morgan, also learned that their son was on the Missing and Exploited Children's list and was never taken off that list.
