Basically you set a goal, then you have a Gap as you go through the process and challenges to get to the end of the goal. You have to figure out how to work with the Gap. He started out as a stock broker, and was intrigued by the internet and how popular and fast it was growing, and how people said that some day everyone will be shopping online. He decided to follow that idea and concept and had a bumpy road in the beginning, but stayed the course and built it into the company it is today. Don't give up on your dreams and goals! Work hard and try to make it work out!

Ron talks about a 19 year old girl that won the ADCC Jiu Jitsu tournament in her bracket. She is the youngest female to ever win, and is considered to be one of the most talented grappler in the world! Ron met her when she was 16 and she continued to work hard and set high goals and eventually hit the goal she set out to do!

Ron talks about you should try to find a way to buy your own home if possible. It is normally a good investment and can be the start to a successful beginning in real estate.
