Stop Shrinking: You Can't Manifest Bigger Success While Playing Small

Send us Fan Mail You know you're capable of creating more money, more clients, more visibility and a much bigger business. So why are you still making yourself smaller? In this episode of Soulful Badass, we're talking about all the little ways women hold themselves back without even realising it. Watering down what we really want to say because someone might disagree. Undercharging because we're worried people won't buy. Avoiding video until we feel more confident. Sitting in rooms full of incredible people and somehow still feeling like we don't belong. And the frustrating thing? We can be doing all the work to grow our businesses while simultaneously holding ourselves back from the very success we're trying to create. I share some of my own experiences of shrinking in business, why taking up space is about so much more than being confident or visible, and what changes when you finally allow people to see the full expression of who you are. We'll also do a guided energy expansion exercise together, followed by three practical ways to start showing up differently in your business: Recognise where you've been hiding, whether that's your pricing, your content, your achievements or your visibility. Take one bold action this week that feels a little bigger than you're used to. Start anchoring the identity of the woman who feels comfortable being seen, heard and successful. Because taking up space isn't about being the loudest person in the room. It's about no longer hiding the parts of yourself that make you brilliant at what you do. You were never meant to shrink to fit into the world. You were meant to make your mark on it. Listen to the episode and tell me: Where are you ready to stop playing small in your business?
