Spiritual Exercises

Dive into the transformative journey of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, a profound plan of contemplation designed to be experienced over the course of about a month. St. Ignatius, the founder of the Jesuits and canonized by Pope Gregory XV in 1622, first published this guide in 1548. The Spiritual Exercises serve as a manual for conducting retreats, offering a series of notes on methods and topics to explore. While they are primarily intended for those leading retreats—presuming prior experience of the Exercises themselves—they are increasingly embraced by lay people and even non-Catholics seeking spiritual growth. Join countless others who have found enlightenment and guidance through this timeless practice. This show includes AI-generated content.
