The Radio inside of your mind

Do you ever keep humming a song in your head over and over again? or think of a joke in your mind and you are laughing to yourself? That is the radio inside of your head.  Sometimes you have nasty people who say something mean to you, catch you off guard when you are feeling good and it turns off the music and ruins your day because all you can do is feel bad about what they said to you. Those are the people that you must develop an immunity to.
