Description
Al visits Capels Mill near the centre of Stroud, an old rubbish dump which has been transformed into a thriving nature reserve. Accompanied by SVP project leader Fred Miller, she sees how Stroud’s industrial and transport heritage has influenced a landscape where recycled metal art installations sit alongside living willow structures. She also learns about the traditional art of scything - and how Poldark got it all wrong! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
