Dragons, Dreams & the Work Between Worlds

In Episode 20 of The Alighted Way, Janelle sits down with longtime collaborator Kelly to explore Kelly’s gradual and unexpected relationship with dragons—and the energetic work the two women have shared over the years. Kelly’s journey began with skepticism. Although she had years of experience with Reiki, visions, and other forms of light work, dragons weren’t initially part of her understanding. That changed after a vivid dream involving a powerful golden dragon who appeared in a moment of protection. From there, dragons began showing up in her work in surprising ways, assisting with healing, protection, space clearing, portal purification, and energetic transformation. The conversation then turns to Greece, where Janelle traveled in 2023 while Kelly supported the journey remotely from Manitoba. Without researching the sacred sites beforehand, Kelly tuned into locations including the Acropolis in Athens and Delos, receiving impressions that were later confirmed on the ground. Together, they worked with ocean energy, dragons, angels, ley lines, light codes, and heart-based anchoring to help bring dormant energy online. At the Acropolis, a dragon egg hatched after a carefully protected process. Another dragon eventually hatched at Delos, where the work became increasingly powerful and layered. Kelly also began to recognize that she was not simply observing the process—she was an active participant, with light codes and energetic information moving through her. Throughout the episode, Janelle and Kelly emphasize permission, consent, trust, and the understanding that dragons, angels, and other light beings have their own agency and choose whether or not to participate. The larger purpose of the Greece work remains partly unknown, but both women reflect on how profoundly the experience shifted the sites, their own understanding, and the people involved. 🔥 Key Moments 00:07 — Janelle welcomes listeners and introduces longtime collaborator Kelly 01:30 — Kelly shares her early skepticism about dragons despite years of Reiki and light work 03:00 — A vivid dream introduces Kelly to a protective golden dragon 05:00 — Discovering how dragons can assist with healing, protection, clearing, and transformation 07:00 — Remote energetic work between Janelle and Kelly across provincial distance 09:00 — “Dragon’s breath” and the purification work of light-being dragons 11:00 — Consent, permission, trust, and allowing beings to choose whether they participate 13:00 — Kelly’s remote connection to Greece during Janelle’s 2023 journey 15:00 — Clairvoyant impressions of sacred sites—including a well with writing later confirmed by Janelle 17:00 — Working with the Acropolis and bringing dormant energy online 19:00 — A dragon egg hatches at the Acropolis 21:00 — Delos, ocean energy, ley lines, dragons, and the awakening of the site 23:00 — A second dragon hatches at Delos and is quickly taken away as the work concludes 25:00 — Light codes, energetic downloads, and Kelly realizing she is part of the work 27:00 — Cosmic energy, Earth energy, angels, dragons, and heart-based anchoring 29:00 — The guides call the work to an end as the site becomes highly energized 31:00 — Reflecting on what changed, what remains unknown, and where the journey may lead next 33:00 — Looking ahead to future episodes, the Dragon Course, and the next interview with Carmina 💬 Memorable Quotes “I didn't know what I didn't know.” “They choose whether they want to help.” “It's about permission, trust, and allowing.” “I realized I wasn't just watching anymore.” “We don't necessarily know what the bigger purpose is.” 🪶 Themes Explored Dragons & Light Beings • Sacred-Site Energy Work • Remote Collaboration • Reiki & Energetic Healing • Greece: Acropolis & Delos • Dragon Eggs • Ley Lines • Light Codes • Ocean Energy • Consent & Permission • Heart-Based Anchoring • Spiritual Partnership • The Unknown 💠 Takeaway Message Sometimes the most transformative journeys begin with skepticism. Kelly’s story is one of gradually becoming open to an experience that didn’t fit neatly into what she already understood. Through dreams, energetic work, remote collaboration, and their experiences in Greece, dragons became less an idea and more a living part of the work she and Janelle were experiencing. The episode also explores the importance of permission and partnership. Whether working with dragons, angels, sacred sites, or energetic forces, Janelle and Kelly describe a process based on listening, trusting, and allowing rather than controlling the outcome. Their Greece experience ultimately raises more questions than it answers. What was awakened? What were the dragon eggs preparing for? What was the larger purpose of the codes, ley lines, and energy work? And how much of the transformation was happening within the women themselves? Some journeys don't come with a complete map. Sometimes, you simply follow the next thread, stay curious, and allow the mystery to unfold. 🔗 Resources & Mentions Introductory Dragon Course — live now at thealightedway.com The Alighted Way community Upcoming interview with Carmina ✨ Call to Action If this conversation opened something new for you, share The Alighted Way with someone curious about dragons, sacred sites, energy work, and the mysteries that exist beyond what we can easily explain.
