Off Script, with Brent Johnson

Everyone knows Brent Johnson for his Dollar Milkshake Theory. The truth is, I’ve heard Brent talk about this theory many times over the years and I still don’t really know what it all means. That’s not because he doesn’t explain it well, or that it isn’t a solid theory. It’s because my role in this wide world of finance and investing isn’t the theories or the trades…it’s the people behind them. I’ve been incredibly fortunate over the years to get to know countless brilliant people in our industry, and my favorite conversations with them usually revolve around their pop culture experiences (concerts, favorite movies, most-listened-to albums and artists), travel, books they love, and their upbringing. Everything other than what they’re typically known for or speaking about publicly. These conversations best happen in person, ideally in the midst of a great experience (which is what the membership at Collective is all about).
