Kay Charbonnet had recently moved back home to New Orleans, by way of Austin. A fashion designer by trade, she was frustrated with her shopping experience. She decided to design a shopping experience that she and other women could enjoy. Kay's boutique was born - but not without lots of trials and tribulations along the way.
