LEMON DROP - Trump Calls Ilhan Omar "Sh*thouse" As Minnesota Senator Slams Him

Minnesota State Senator and Assistant Majority Leader Mary Kunesh joins Don for a blunt conversation about Trump's attacks on Congresswoman Ilhan Omar and the federal investigation Omar says is political retaliation. After playing Trump's remarks, Don asks Kunesh what it means to hear a president talk about potentially jailing or deporting her friend and fellow Minnesota elected official. They examine the search of Omar's Washington home, the seizure of personal belongings, and the questions surrounding the investigation's timing and justification. What separates a legitimate investigation from an effort to punish a political opponent? How is Omar responding to the pressure? And who ensures that presidential hostility does not override someone's constitutional rights? Omar denies wrongdoing. This conversation examines the allegations, the political stakes, and why due process must apply regardless of whether you support her politics.
