Midterms 2026: Texans Are Fed Up After Years Of Greg Abbott

Don Lemon sits down with Democratic nominee for Texas governor Gina Hinojosa at Courier Texas' "On the Ballot" event in Houston. Hinojosa makes her case to Texas voters and takes aim at Republican Gov. Greg Abbott's record, arguing that decisions made under his administration have left working families paying the price. She discusses affordability, public education, rising electricity costs, immigration enforcement and what she says she would do differently as governor. With Election Day approaching, Hinojosa explains why she believes Texas voters are ready for a change and what's at stake in her race against Abbott.
