The Ripple Effect of Collective Leadership

In this episode of The Flourish Movement Podcast, we explore the impact of bringing school leaders together through a shared wellbeing and leadership journey. Joined by Principals Fay and James, we unpack how five schools came together to deliver Flourish for Schools to their middle leaders, creating a network of support ,shared learning , and genuine relationships across schools. Through vulnerability, honest conversations, and a shared language around wellbeing and leadership, middle leaders felt less isolated, more supported, and better equipped to navigate the challenges of the role.
