Sometimes inspiration brings up things we weren’t expecting.
During one of my Home Girl Walks this week, I started thinking about who I was before motherhood, what used to light me up, and how much of my life was influenced by alcohol and “mommy wine culture.” And honestly? I got mad.
In this episode, I’m sharing some of those feelings—the regret, the years I wish I could do differently, the realities of parenting through difficult seasons, my journey to sobriety, and the work of forgiving myself for the version of me who was simply doing the best she could with what she had at the time.
But this isn’t an episode about staying stuck in regret.
It’s about letting yourself feel it, learning from it, and then finding a way to move forward.
I also share what life looks like for me now: balancing my new hospital schedule, supporting my daughter, building GLIMPSE, rediscovering inspiration, and leaning more deeply into breathwork as a tool for surrender, release, and healing.
Plus, I talk a little about what I’m creating next—including making breathwork more approachable and accessible for people who are curious but aren’t quite sure what it actually is.
If there’s something in your past you wish you could change, this one is for you. You can honor what happened without living there forever.
Here’s to creating a more elevated human experience—starting right where you are. ❤️
