What would you do if you discovered your bank card could give you seemingly unlimited cash? The Glitch is the extraordinary true story of Aussie Dan Saunders, an ordinary bloke who stumbled across an ATM glitch that allowed him to access $1.6 million and then spent it in less than four months. What followed was a wild ride of parties, travel, luxury, generosity, bad decisions and the constant knowledge that eventually it would all have to come crashing down. Originally released as a hit podcast series, The Glitch now brings Dan’s incredible story to video, as he sits down to relive exactly how it happened, what life was like when the money seemed endless, and what happened when the fantasy finally caught up with him. It’s a story about money, temptation and what happens when, for a brief moment, the rules appear to stop applying. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

It’s been almost three years since Dan shared his story about The Glitch. So, what’s happened with him since? Is the movie ever coming out? Does he have money stashed in the backyard? Is he still a bit dodgy? All of this and more is revealed in this new episode, recorded in September 2024. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
