Stop Doubting the Version of You that Wants More with Heather Hellmann

What if the thing keeping you stuck isn’t a lack of ambition, but the environment, relationships, and version of yourself you’re still trying to hold onto? In this episode, I’m sitting down with Heather Hellmann for a conversation about what it really takes to reinvent yourself, build a business that feels aligned, and become more comfortable being seen as who you actually are. We get into: Why entrepreneurship requires more than freedom, and what Heather learned from building, burning out, and rebuilding The role community and the right relationships play in your growth Why “failing forward” is still momentum Visibility, personal branding, and the fear of making the wrong move How Heather uses Human Design, astrology, and strategy in her work What choosing peace can cost you, and why some relationships won’t come with you The connection between your environment, energy, and the life you’re trying to create Why getting honest with yourself might be the first step toward real change The courage it takes to stop performing and start showing up as yourself One of the biggest reminders from this conversation is that we don’t need to have the entire next chapter figured out before we move. Sometimes we just need to admit that what’s working now isn’t where we want to stay. So take a look around. Who has access to you? Where is your energy going? What are you tolerating because it’s familiar? And if nothing changed from here, would you actually want this same life five years from now? Maybe the next version of you doesn’t need more permission. Maybe she just needs you to make the first move.   Connect with Heather: Instagram: @heather_hellmann_333 Website: sparkedsoulsociety.com Connect with me: Instagram: @jessicaburgio | @thejessicaburgioshow Website: jessicaburgio.com If you are ready to lock arms and join the next round- DOORS ARE OPEN to The House of Influence A 5-month mastermind for accomplished women ready to strengthen their visibility, voice, leadership, and influence.
