In this episode, we sit down with Dalton Daughtrey, who grew a small cleaning side hustle into a nationwide operation servicing 82 bank locations—all while working a full-time sales job. Dalton shares how he landed a $20K/month contract, finds and manages cleaners across multiple states, wins commercial work through cold email and government bids, and builds systems that keep the business running without him doing everything himself.
