Y’all know I love helping us deal with our to-do lists. Life is full of things to do, and sometimes we feel buried in all that wants our attention. So today’s episode is a short and sweet look at one simple strategy that might make a ton of difference for you.

No matter your level of extroversion or introversion, your age, your life stage, or any other factor, we all need friends. I tend to focus on more concrete things on the show, but I think that one of the reasons we struggle to find and maintain meaningful relationships is partly a logistical one.

Is this maybe the most appropriately named pep talk of all time? Quite possibly. I have a feeling a lot of you always feel tired. In fact, like me, you feel tired so often that it’s annoying at this point. You’re tired of being tired. Will we ever not be tired?!  I think we all need some solidarity in this space as well as some practical help. My goal is for you to get both.

While this episode is definitely seven routines that work for me, the reason I’m sharing them is not so that you will do them because they’ll work. It’s more to see how I arrived at certain routines, what priorities they support, and maybe they’ll inspire a small change or adjustment in your own routine that could make your life work better for you and the season you’re in

We all have places we need to go, and we want to kindly and efficiently get there. That looks different for everyone though.
