This week I’m joined by Abby, the Aussie mum of two behind Abby in Progress, for a chat about what happens when life turns your plans upside down. We talk about a traumatic birth, skin cancer and multiple surgeries, the mental side of recovery, raising kids in the Netherlands, and trying to work out who you are beyond being Mum. Abby also shares how she came to build her app, Trove, while starting something new in her 40s.
