EP 23 — MIKE ZIMMER  Episode Twenty-Three is live. When the Cold Sets In, He Shows Up. Mike Zimmer built the Men's Winter Refugefrom nothing more than air mattresses and a handful of pastors back in 2013. Today it's a warm house that has sheltered over 2,000 men with nowhere else to go, Minot's only shelter of its kind. Christine Staley & Corey Long sat down with Mike and what came out of that conversation matters. We get into how it really works, who it serves, and the one thing this community can do right now to keep the lights on and the beds full this winter. This is why we do this show. Neighbors holding each other up when the cold sets in. Find us on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeartRadio, YouTube, and everywhere you listen.
