Just a "Lady In Tge Bathroom" to Millions of Followers: The Business Behind Going Viral

What started as a few random TikTok videos filmed in her bathroom has turned into a social media career with millions of followers, major brand collaborations, and now her very own skincare line. And she never planned for any of it. In this episode of The Mompreneur Collective, I'm sitting down with Chasity Theriot, aka The Lady In Tge Bathroom. She's known for her entertaining skincare routines, dancing, larger than life personality, and she's sharing how she accidentally became a social media influencer and what it's really like to turn an online following into a business. From leaving behind a 13 year career as a dental assistant to navigating brand partnerships, learning the business side of content creation, and preparing to launch her skincare brand, TGE Skin, she shares the opportunities, challenges, and lessons that have come with building a career she never saw coming. But behind the millions of followers and viral videos is also a mom who's learning to navigate the same things so many of us are: burnout, self-doubt, the pressure to constantly show up, and the challenge of being present for our children while pursuing big dreams. We talk about the power of authenticity, why consistency matters, how to find and connect with your people online, and what happens when you're suddenly responsible for every aspect of running a business. We also get into the importance of giving yourself grace, defining what "good enough" looks like in different seasons of motherhood and entrepreneurship, and remembering that sometimes the most powerful thing you can believe about yourself is that you can always figure it out. Whether you're building an online audience, growing a small business, or simply trying to find your footing as a mom with big dreams, this conversation is full of relatable moments, practical takeaways, and a reminder that you don't have to have it all figured out to build something incredible.✨ Follow @ladyintgebathroom_ on Instagram Follow TGE Skin on Instagram Follow @ladyintgebathroom on TikTok Follow @ladyinthebathroom on TikTok Follow TGE Skin on TikTok Follow Chasity on Facebook Follow TGE Skin on Facebook Collab with Chasity & Get a Video Made  Thank you for listening.
