Ep 126: From Struggle to Flow: Energy Healing, Generational Trauma & Reinventing Yourself with Tiffany Stratford
Watch this interview on YouTube: https://youtu.be/a64jyJ0qjzE What if the struggles you've carried your entire life aren't actually yours? What if the physical pain, emotional patterns, and limiting beliefs you've been holding onto are connected to generations of trauma you didn't even know existed? And what if you could finally let them go? In this episode of The Sarah Centrella Show, Sarah sits down with intuitive life coach and energy healer Tiffany Stratford for a fascinating conversation about energy healing, generational trauma, the mind-body connection, spiritual awakening, and what it really takes to release the past and reinvent yourself. Follow. Tiffany on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tiffany.stafford/ After spending 20 years as a personal trainer and gym owner, Tiffany followed her intuition into a completely different calling, helping people heal emotional wounds, break subconscious patterns, and reconnect with their authentic selves through intuitive coaching and high energy healing. Sarah shares her own powerful experience working with Tiffany, including a healing session focused on clearing generational trauma along her maternal lineage. What happened afterward surprised even Sarah. Chronic shoulder pain she'd been experiencing disappeared, opening up a deeper conversation about the emotional burdens we carry, the stories we inherit, and the connection between our physical bodies and unresolved trauma. They also explore Sarah's personal journey of reinvention, the profound emotional shifts that came from writing her memoir, and her realization that she'd spent most of her life identifying with struggle. Now, at 51, she's learning how to stop fighting against life and start allowing things to flow. In this episode, you'll discover: How generational trauma and inherited beliefs can influence your identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. What high energy healing is and how Tiffany incorporates intuition, Akashic records, and spiritual guidance into her work. The potential connection between emotional trauma, physical pain, and the mind-body relationship. Why we become attached to struggle and how to begin releasing that identity. How major life disruptions, loss, and unexpected endings can become catalysts for personal transformation. What it means to trust your intuition, surrender control, and create a life with more ease. Why speaking your truth and embracing vulnerability are essential parts of healing and reinvention. Whether you're curious about energy healing, navigating a spiritual awakening, working through childhood trauma, or simply ready to stop living in survival mode, this conversation will challenge you to think differently about what you're carrying and what's possible when you finally let it go. Because maybe the next chapter of your life isn't about fighting harder. Maybe it's about learning how to float. The Sarah Centrella Show explores mindset, mental fitness, personal growth, manifestation, healing, and the power of reinventing yourself at any age. Darby IV, Chaplain for the Cleveland Browns, Co-Chaplain for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Charge, and Metro Cleveland Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. His journey is a powerful reminder that sometimes our greatest disappointments, setbacks, and darkest moments are preparing us for a purpose bigger than we could have imagined. Together, Sarah and Nobles explore what happens when life doesn't go according to plan, why hitting rock bottom can become the catalyst for personal transformation, and how learning to trust something greater than ourselves can completely change the trajectory of our lives. What makes this conversation especially fascinating is how closely their beliefs align despite their different spiritual perspectives. For Nobles, that guiding force is God. For Sarah, it's the Universe. Yet their shared beliefs about mindset, purpose, faith, resilience, and the power of our thoughts reveal how universal these principles really are. This conversation explores finding your purpose, overcoming adversity, trusting the process, surrendering control, reinventing yourself, and recognizing that even our most painful experiences can lead us toward the lives we were meant to live. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, questioning your purpose, rebuilding after rock bottom, or searching for meaning in a difficult season, this episode offers a powerful perspective on trusting your journey and believing that your story is still unfolding. Ep 124: What Elite Athletes Know About Mental Performance with Jeanene Gray
What does it really mean to “get out of your head” when the pressure is high, your confidence is shaken and your brain won’t stop spiraling? Watch this episoide on YouTube: https://youtu.be/Q_kuZ2o4gUs In this episode, I sit down with mental performance coach and consultant Jeanene Gray to talk about what mental fitness looks like in real life, especially for athletes performing under enormous pressure. Jeanene spent nearly 15 years working at the University of Oregon, including extensive work with Oregon football, before leaving to build her own mental performance practice. We talk about her own experience as a college athlete, how injury first showed her the connection between the physical and mental side of performance, and what she learned from years of working directly with student athletes navigating injuries, coaching changes, pressure, NIL, the transfer portal and everything that comes with high-level college sports. We also get into the part I care about most: the HOW. What do you do after a bad play when your brain starts replaying the mistake? How do you interrupt a thought spiral before it takes over? How do you rebuild confidence when the thing you usually feel confident in suddenly isn’t going well? Jeanene shares how she helps athletes recognize the mental patterns they fall into under pressure, disrupt those patterns and simplify what they need to focus on in the moment. We also talk about building confidence through small wins in other areas of your life, why mental skills have to be practiced just like physical skills, and how gratitude can be used as a real mental performance tool. And although much of this conversation centers around football, everything we talk about translates far beyond sports. Whether you’re dealing with pressure at work, questioning yourself after a setback, trying to rebuild your confidence or simply learning how to manage your own thoughts more effectively, there’s a lot here you can use. We also talk about the role parents and coaches play in an athlete’s mental performance, and why giving athletes these tools earlier can completely change how they navigate pressure, adversity and the next level of competition. Ep 123: The Mindset Tool That Changes Your Identity: I AM Statements Coaching
In this episode, I coach one of the most powerful identity and mindset tools I teach: I AM Statements. If you've tried affirmations before and they didn't stick, this is different. I AM Statements are about claiming an identity you're still building, even when it feels like a lie to say it out loud, they are how you bridge the gap between who you are today and who you want to be. In this coaching, pulled directly from my new Think It Method™ Intensive online course, I walk through exactly how to write statements that work, why they should make you uncomfortable at first, and the daily mirror practice that rewires what your brain accepts as true. You'll hear how a simple identity shift, one word at a time, can change your confidence, your self-talk, and the results you see in your career and your life. If you're ready to stop reinforcing beliefs that hold you back and start building the identity you actually want, this episode gives you the exact coaching tool to do it. Mindset coaching, identity transformation, self-confidence, personal development, and mental fitness, all in one conversation. Ep 122: Darin Rios on Identity, Personal Branding and Becoming the Anomaly
What happens when you stop trying to fit into what everyone else is doing and really figure out who YOU are? Watch this interview on YouTube https://youtu.be/S4t5rYeaxF4 My guest Darin Rios knows a lot about that. He’s the founder and CEO of Revver Agency, a personal branding expert who has worked with some of the biggest names in the world, including Johnny Depp and Usher, and helped build brands and audiences reaching millions of people. But his story didn’t start anywhere near there. Darin grew up in survival mode, largely raising himself, getting involved with gangs at a young age and trying to figure out who he was without much direction. He always had this feeling that he was meant for something more, and over time, the things he learned simply trying to survive became some of the same skills that helped him build the career and life he has today. We talk about what it means to be an “anomaly,” how to stop listening to everyone else long enough to hear your own voice, and why knowing what you REALLY want is such a huge part of building a personal brand, a career and honestly, a life that feels like yours. We also get into identity, limiting beliefs, fear, shame, self-worth and that underlying “I’m not good enough” belief that can show up in so many different areas of our lives without us even realizing it. One of my favorite parts of this conversation is our discussion about the beliefs and identities we’ve carried for years that may never have belonged to us in the first place. Who told you that’s who you are? And more importantly, who do you want to be now? Because you have agency. You get to choose. You can decide what stays, what goes and who you become next. This is such a good conversation about personal branding, identity, authenticity, transformation and having the courage to become the person you know you’re capable of being.
