Kris DeBlasio: The Duck-Billed Platypus of Sports and Comedy

In this episode of The Spin Chicks podcast, we sit down with Kris DeBlasio - a self-described "duck-billed platypus in a world full of common house cats." Kris spent a decade as a video coordinator at two SEC schools before trading the film room for a life of creative reinvention: 10 years of stand-up comedy, songwriting, an internet game show, screenwriting, and his new YouTube channel, the 1 Minute Movie Review Podcast. These days he's shaping young minds as a middle school teacher and coaching high school football and basketball. We talk about life inside and after college athletics, chasing creative passions, and yes, we settle the great Doritos debate once and for all.
