Description

Send us Fan Mail What if the things you loved doing as a child were clues pointing you toward your purpose? In this episode of The WEBB Remedy Podcast, host Rinnie Orr talks with entrepreneur Tysha Cox, the owner of Tysha’s Salon and Royalty Decor. Tysha’s entrepreneurial journey began in Pittsboro, North Carolina, at the Horton Ranch, where she spent her childhood rearranging furniture, creating rooms with cardboard boxes, and using rocks and sticks as furniture for what she called “my house.” Her early creativity and love of creating beautiful spaces eventually grew into two businesses centered on beauty, design, service, and helping people feel confident and celebrated. In this conversation, Tysha shares the story behind her hair salon and Royalty Decor, which offers event planning, decorating, interior design, and Royal Parties. She also talks honestly about the realities of managing two businesses, protecting her personal time, overcoming challenges, and building an entrepreneurial mindset.
