Moe dismisses Trump’s threat to buy ‘blood potash’

U.S. President Donald Trump said his country would pivot to buying potash from Belarus instead of Canada. Premier Scott Moe said, “buying blood potash from Belarus is supporting Russian aggression.” Trump later walked back the threat.
