If today were truly my last day, I would not seek grand gestures or performative acts. I would eat with awareness. I would move gently. I would allow tears to flow without judgment. I would speak softly and honestly. I would notice endings, accept them, and feel gratitude for what was. I would not seek control over the unfolding of life, but would meet it with open arms, knowing that love is not lost when forms change — it simply transforms.
