Assigned Seating - "The Hunger Games" (2012)

May the odds be ever in your favour… because we’re heading back to Panem to revisit the dystopian blockbuster that turned teenagers fighting to the death into a global phenomenon! Join "Assigned Seating" as we revisit "The Hunger Games" (2012), where Katniss Everdeen volunteers as tribute, Peeta Mellark brings the emotional complications, and the Capitol proves that reality TV can, in fact, get a whole lot more murdery. Does this adaptation still hit the bullseye, or has the arena lost its bite? We’re unpacking the performances, the world-building, the politics, and the love triangle that had audiences picking sides long before Team Peeta and Team Gale became a personality trait. Grab your popcorn, take your seat, and remember: in this review, the only thing we’re volunteering for is a great discussion.
