FBI and DHS Override Prosecutors

A top Justice Department official threatened prosecutors with termination if they didn’t pursue voter fraud cases. Minnesota officers arrested ICE agent Christian Castro during a traffic stop after Texas Governor Greg Abbott refused to extradite him. Castro now faces both federal and state charges stemming from the non-fatal shooting of Julio Cesar Sosa-Selis. Kash Patel testified before the Senate this week and defended lowering standards for hiring agents at the Bureau. The FBI halted cooperation with Canada over references to the September 11th attacks, further straining relationships with foreign law enforcement agencies. Plus listener questions.
